Wes Hardin started on the dispensary floor as a budtender. He went on to serve as a general manager, district leader, regional leader, director, and vice president—learning the work by doing it, one team and one operating challenge at a time.

That progression gave him a view of cannabis leadership from both sides of the table: the daily realities of serving customers and developing people, and the responsibility of opening markets, leading multiple locations, carrying a number, and making decisions that affect an entire organization.

Canna Coaches LLC is a veteran-owned business shaped by a deep belief in service, responsibility, and the ability of cannabis to create new possibilities for people—including members of the veteran community.

Wes built the practice to share what years inside the industry taught him: stronger operations start with leaders who listen, communicate clearly, hold the line on standards, and develop the people around them.
